Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and C3T Teknoloji A.S., Istanbul, Turkey ("KutayGO", "we", "us"), for the use of kutaygo.com, its product sites and the GEO application at app.geo.kutaygo.com (the "service"). By creating an account, starting a trial or using the service, you accept them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf. How we handle personal data is described in ourPrivacy Policy.

2. What the service does, and what it does not

KutayGO GEO asks web-grounded AI answer engines what they know about one company, identified by its domain, and compares every claim they make against a profile of facts that you have approved. It reports what the engines got right, what they got wrong, and what they do not know.

• It does not track prompts or count how often a brand appears in answers to generic questions, and it does not rank you against other companies.
• A score is the arithmetic of the table of facts behind it and nothing else. When too few facts can be measured, the score is withheld rather than shown, and you still see the table.
• AI engines change their answers over time and from one request to the next. A scan records what the engines said when they were asked; it is not a forecast.

The free visibility report on check.kutaygo.com needs no account. It reads a domain's public pages and files and reports checks that could be measured (for example HTTPS reachability, robots.txt rules for AI crawlers, llms.txt, structured data and the sitemap). It asks no AI engine anything. Its score is computed only from the checks it measured, and it shows no score when too few could be measured.

3. Early access

GEO is offered in early access. Features, screens and the way results are presented may change as we develop it, and we will tell you in the service or by email before a change that reduces what your paid plan includes. SEO, INTEL and CONTENT are not yet available; joining their waitlist creates no account and no payment obligation.

4. Your account

• You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we email to you. Anyone with access to that mailbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
• Give us an email address you control and billing details that are accurate.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account.

5. Domains you may measure

You may add and scan only domains that you control or are authorized to manage. Before a domain can be scanned, you prove control of it with a DNS TXT record, an HTML meta tag or a file on the site. We re-check that proof daily. If it disappears, we email you and scans continue for a 14-day grace period; after that they stop until the proof is back. Your subscription is not changed by this.

Our crawler identifies itself as KutayGO-ScanBot and reads up to 30 public pages per scan. Details are on kutaygo.com/bot.

6. Plans, prices and trials

All prices are in EUR, the same for every customer.

• Trial. Every GEO plan, monthly or annual, starts with a 7-day trial. A card is required to start it, and is collected on iyzico's secure payment page, never on ours. The first payment is charged when the 7 days end, unless you cancel before then. One trial per organization.
• Renewal. Plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, and the price of the plan is charged to the card on file.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we try again over the following days. If it still fails, scanning is restricted until a payment succeeds. Your data is kept.
• Scans. Each plan includes a limited number of scans per domain each calendar month. When the allowance is used up, new scans wait until the next month. A scan that fails counts against the allowance unless we return it.
• Enterprise is sold by agreement, from €1,999 a month with a minimum12-month commitment. A signed Enterprise agreement takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
• We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you by email before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time by writing to [email protected] from your account's email address. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not charged again. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged.

Payments already made for a period that has started are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

8. The Turkish card campaign

The code TRKART20 gives 20% off the first payment of any GEO plan, monthly or annual. It is valid until 31 December 2026 or until it has been redeemed 500 times, whichever comes first, and can be used once per organization. The offer is shown to visitors who appear to be in Turkey; the code is not restricted to cards issued in Turkey. We may end the campaign early by switching the code off; payments already discounted are not affected.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scan, verify or try to verify a domain you do not control or are not authorized to manage;
• use the free analysis or our forms to send automated or bulk requests, or to direct traffic at a third party's site;
• get around rate limits, scan allowances or domain verification, or access another customer's data;
• probe, overload or interfere with the service or the systems it relies on;
• resell the service or its results as a service of your own without our written agreement;
• use the service to break the law or anyone's rights.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or the safety of the service prevents it.

10. Your data and ours

Your domains, the profile you approve and your scan results are yours. You give us the right to process them to run the service for you. The service itself, its software, its methods and the KutayGO brand remain ours. Answers quoted in your results were written by third-party AI engines; we report them as evidence and do not claim them as our own.

11. No guarantee of AI visibility

AI answer engines are run by third parties we do not control. We measure what they say; we cannot make them say something, and we do not promise any change in how they describe, rank or recommend you, in traffic or in sales. Recommendations in the service are suggestions; whether and how to act on them is your decision.

12. Liability

The service is provided as it is, in early access. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data you could have kept elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that the law does not allow a contract to remove.

13. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time (section 7). You can ask us to delete your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice by email, or at once for a serious breach of section 9; if we end it without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of a period you paid for.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring a claim where they live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top when we do, and for a change that affects paying customers we tell you by email before it applies. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it applies.
