Refund Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the KutayGO subscriptions sold on kutaygo.com and its product sites: the GEO plans and, where it is on sale, the KutayGO suite. KutayGO is provided by C3T Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (C3T Teknoloji A.S.), Şifa Mah. Şekerpınar Cd. No:68/A, 34950 Tuzla, İstanbul, Turkey. It forms part of our Terms of Service (section 7), and where the two differ, the one more favourable to you applies.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice or receipt, collects and remits the applicable sales tax, and handles payment questions and refunds. A refund under this policy is therefore paid by Paddle, on our instruction where you ask us.

Enterprise is sold by a signed agreement, and its refunds are those that agreement sets out.

2. The free trial

Every plan, monthly or annual, starts with a 7-day trial, one per organization. A card is required to start it, but no payment is taken during the trial. If you cancel before the 7 days end, nothing is charged at all. If you do not cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends. An organization that has already had its trial pays for its first period at checkout, and the checkout says so before you pay.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by writing to [email protected] from your account's email address. A cancelled plan stays active to the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payment is taken. Cancelling on its own does not refund the period that has started; section 4 says when a payment is refunded.

4. When a payment is refunded

• Your first payment, within 14 days. If you ask within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, that payment is refunded in full, for any reason, and the subscription ends when the refund is made. This applies once per organization. A renewal payment is not covered by it.
• A charge taken in error. If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after you had cancelled, or charged more than the price shown at checkout, the wrong amount is refunded in full.
• If we end the agreement. If we end the agreement without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for (Terms of Service, section 13).
• Where the law gives you a refund. Nothing in this policy limits a right to a refund that the law gives you and that a contract cannot remove.

Apart from these cases, a payment for a period that has started is not refunded, and the plan stays active to the end of that period. Scans you did not use in a month are not refunded.

5. How to ask for a refund

Ask Paddle at paddle.net ("Request refund") or through the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or write to us at [email protected] from your account's email address and we will ask Paddle for you. Paddle pays the refund back to the card or account that paid; when it appears on your statement depends on your bank.

6. The right of withdrawal

KutayGO is a service for businesses, and a business has no statutory right of withdrawal from a contract for it. KutayGO is a digital service that starts as soon as a plan or trial starts. If the law nonetheless gives you a right of withdrawal as a consumer, it ends when the service starts: before you pay, you confirm "I agree that the digital service starts immediately and that any statutory right of withdrawal ends when it starts." This does not limit the refunds in section 4.

7. Changes to this policy

We change the date at the top when we change this policy. A change applies to payments made after it is published, never to a payment already made.
