This form tells you, before you buy, who sells the KutayGO subscription, what it is, what it costs and how it can be ended. It is given under Turkish consumer law (Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts). At checkout you confirm that you have read it, and you accept theDistance Sales Agreement, which repeats these terms as the contract.

1. The seller

2. The buyer

The person or organization whose billing details are entered at checkout in the GEO app, with the email address of the account that buys. Those details are shown on the checkout's last step before you pay, and you can change them there.

3. The service

A subscription to KutayGO, a digital service used online at app.geo.kutaygo.com. KutayGO GEO asks web-grounded AI answer engines what they know about a company you control, identified by its domain, and compares what they say with a profile of facts you approve. What each plan includes, and what the service does not do, is set out in theTerms of Service, sections 2 and 6. Nothing physical is delivered.

4. The price

Prices are in EUR and final: they include VAT and all other applicable taxes (incl. VAT). Nothing is added at checkout and there is no delivery charge. Your bank may convert the amount into your card's currency at its own rate.

The price of the plan you choose is shown on the checkout before you pay. A coupon reduces the first payment only, and the payment page shows the amount after it. Your invoice shows the total you paid, split into the net amount and the VAT it contains.

5. Payment

6. Performance

The service starts as soon as the checkout completes: the plan (or its trial) is active on your account at once, and you use it by signing in at app.geo.kutaygo.com.

7. Duration and cancellation

The subscription runs for one month or one year and renews for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the billing screen of the GEO app, or by writing to [email protected] from your account's email address. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not charged again; if you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged. You can move to another plan on the billing screen; the move takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

8. Right of withdrawal

A consumer who buys at a distance usually has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, that right does not apply to services performed instantly in an electronic environment, or to services whose performance starts, with the consumer's approval, before the withdrawal period ends. KutayGO is such a service: it starts as soon as the checkout completes. Before you pay you therefore tick a box that reads "I agree that the digital service starts immediately and that any statutory right of withdrawal ends when it starts." The checkout does not start without it, and we record that you agreed and when.

KutayGO is a service for businesses, and a business has no statutory right of withdrawal from a contract for it. This section matters only if you buy as a consumer.

9. Questions and complaints

Write to [email protected]. If you are a consumer, you may also apply to the consumer arbitration board or the consumer court competent for the place where you live, within the monetary limits the Ministry of Trade sets each year.

10. Your record of the contract

This form and the Distance Sales Agreement stay published at these addresses, with their version. When you buy, we record which version you accepted and when, with your checkout, and the email that confirms your trial or first payment links both documents. Ask us at[email protected] for a copy of the version you accepted.
